Apple Announces "Hi, Speed" Event

Today Apple sent out invites for their next event titled "Hi, Speed". The event is slated for October 13th, at 10 a.m. Pacific Time. It is highly anticipated that Apple will announce the new group of iPhones. Apple indicated at their July shareholder call that the iPhones would be a few weeks late, and this would be the time for the iPhones to be released.

Just like with the September event, if you visit the Apple Events page using your iPhone you will see an Augmented Reality animation with the date of the event.

As has been the case with the previous events, I will be making a predictions post for this event and a recap of the event after the fact.
